1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and wintoto ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the wintoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions in these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the wintoto platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amended Terms are published indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use wintoto services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you

• Register only one personal account in your own name

wintoto reserves the right to request proof of identity or age verification at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

When registering a wintoto account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information required includes your full name as stated on your identity card, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or inaccurate information may result in account termination without any compensation.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account login details. wintoto will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact the wintoto customer support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Limit

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

wintoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per withdrawal transaction. Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the method chosen and security verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the original deposit. wintoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Funds received through bonuses or promotions are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New wintoto users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150 and your account balance becomes RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 wintoto VIP Programme

wintoto offers a VIP loyalty programme with five tiers that provide weekly cashback to eligible members:

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform. wintoto will assess tier upgrade eligibility periodically based on the criteria set.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

Every promotion and bonus offered by wintoto is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective promotion. wintoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Attempts to abuse or manipulate any promotion system may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6Game Rules and Conditions

All games available on the wintoto platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker, and Sic Bo, are subject to specific game rules published under each game category. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

6.1 Slots and Casino Games

The outcome of all slot and casino games is determined by a certified and independently audited random number generator (RNG). Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear technical evidence that the displayed result differs from the actual result produced by the system.

6.2 Sports Betting

Accepted sports bets are final once confirmed by the system. Any bets placed during an unstable internet connection or during a system disruption may not be processed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to the calculation of winnings.

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the platform's system
• Identity fraud or using another person's information to register or verify an account
• Money laundering or using the platform for any related activities
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language or communication directed at any individual
• Sharing or selling accounts to third parties

wintoto reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure without notice, if there is clear evidence or strong suspicion that any of the above prohibitions have been violated.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by wintoto

wintoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account with or without prior notice if there is a breach of any provision of these Terms, or if there is an internal investigation requirement or legal compliance requirement.

8.2 Closure by User

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the wintoto customer support team. Any eligible account balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures once all wagering requirements have been met and the verification process is completed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to voluntarily limit or stop their use of the platform may apply for self-exclusion through the support team. Such requests will be processed promptly and the account will be suspended for the period requested by the user.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

12Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws and regulations relating to the international licensing under which wintoto operates. Should any dispute arise between a user and wintoto that cannot be resolved through customer support channels, both parties agree to use the alternative resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a relevant court, that provision will be modified or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
